This sweater is soooo comfortable! I have worn it about a million times since getting it and I have #noregrets. Today, not only will I be talking about this comfortable sweater/outfit, but I'm also going to talk about being comfortable being yo self.

For my entire life I always cared what people thought about me. OF COURSE I did not want people saying rude and demeaning things about me (nobody does)... I, like many others, liked to seem like I had my life together and I would (unsuccessfully) try to avoid doing anything that could lead to potential embarrassment. This was not only completely exhausting, but it was also holding me back from the things I wanted to do.

For several years I wanted to start a blog. It consumed my thoughts daily, but every time I would get ready to actually go for it, I began to obsessively worry about what people would think. Although it was something I was super passionate about, I was afraid that I would be criticized, made fun of, or that I would eventually give up. I feel like this holds true for so many people with so many awesome desires. We could accomplish much more if we just stop caring what people think and go for it anyways.

So, as I began to dig down into the root of the issue, I decided to ask myself some questions about this thought process. The first was: Why do you care what people think of you? A basic answer to this is probably something like "because they can talk bad about me to others." The next question was: What does that impact? This is where I had a little epiphany; if people talk bad about you, it does not impact you at all unless you let it. From here on out I pretty much just decided to not care. When It comes to peoples opinions about me (unless they're constructive) I decide to remain apathetic.

This may be hard for some people to do, but once you really sit there and think about how it absolutely will not impact you, it gets so much easier. Whatever you want to do in life, even if people with small minds may judge you, literally just go for it. You're going to be a lot more miserable thinking about what could have been than you are just being true to yourself and not giving a crap about what people think!

Thanks for reading and just go for it sista!!!!
